Renewed Life Therapy is a relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy practice committed to supporting individuals and couples in building deeper connection, emotional safety, and meaningful change. Our work focuses on areas such as relationships and intimacy, communication, reproductive and perinatal mental health, personal growth, and culturally responsive care.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and relationally grounded Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to join our growing practice.
The ideal candidate values depth of connection, clinical integrity, and collaborative practice. This role is suited for therapists who are passionate about relational work and who want to grow within a supportive clinical environment rather than operate in isolation.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples psychotherapy using evidence-based and relational approaches
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with CRPO standards
- Participate in clinical consultation or supervision as required
- Support a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and client-centered therapeutic environment
- Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality aligned with professional regulatory requirements
Preferred Areas of Interest or Experience
- Individual therapy
- Couples therapy and relationship dynamics
- Intimacy and attachment-focused work
- Trauma-informed practice
- Reproductive or perinatal mental health (asset but not required)
- Emotionally focused or relational therapeutic approaches
Qualifications
- Master's in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Relational and Family Therapy, Psychotherapy or related fields
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with CRPO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
